Home > UniSmart at Your University
Our clients inform us, review us and share our vision to make the first-year transition to university life smoother and ultimately safer, for everyone. A comprehensive Event Pack contains information regarding venue and technical requirements plus a timeline and checklist to ensure that nothing is left off the planning schedule. We send regular emails and reminders for the milestones leading up to your UniSmart presentation and provide electronic marketing collateral to promote your event.
We are happy to discuss any special requirements for the presentation at your university and have a wealth of experience in maximizing the effectiveness of the presentation in different performance venues.
UniSmart’s aim is to make the transition from school to university and beyond, as smooth and successful as possible, for all the parties involved.
UniSmart can be tailored to your institution through our Specific Information Form (SIF).
We will integrate key messages about your services into the presentation.
We will even put your branding on our book for distribution to your students and in your live presentation, we will refer to your university by name.
Students will believe that UniSmart is an innovative part of your university – which it can be.
UniSmart is all about communication!
We would like to talk with you and get to know your requirements. By understanding your specific challenges we will effectively tailor your UniSmart event to your students.
All information we receive about your university is treated confidentially.
Contact us now and let us find ways to work with you in making your students’ induction an awesome success.
For northern hemisphere clients, we encourage bookings between December and February for September/October intakes. The earlier you book, the better we are able to accommodate the date(s) that best suit you. Bookings close on the 30th June each year. Occasionally we may have a gap in the schedule, so it’s always worth getting in touch.
For southern hemisphere clients, booking between March and May is recommended for the following February/March student arrivals.
The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your first choice of dates!
If you’re running late, we understand. Where possible, we will work with you to accommodate your requirements, however the longer the lead time, the better able we are to deliver UniSmart on the date that best suits your induction programme.
We can take bookings up to two years in advance. Just let us know if you’d like us to keep you in the loop and then keep an eye out for our advance booking emails. We enthusiastically welcome new partners to the UniSmart family and look forward to working with you and your team.
To help streamline the booking process for you and meet your institution’s project initiation procedures, we have created a Project Initiation Document (PID) that you simply tailor for your university. Outlining the benefits, risks and resource requirements, this document provides an invaluable starting point for engaging UniSmart for your new students.
